"The story of the Torino lamp has its roots in Japan and its heart, like mine, precisely in Turin.
The technical base comes from Japan, with the aim of creating a study lamp that could satisfy various uses and settings: suitable for a large architectural firm but also for the home, as an accessory in an open space or as a desk lamp.
Its aesthetic inspiration, however, lies in the centre of Turin, specifically in Piazza Vittorio Veneto.
Here, streets intersect at right angles, with simple lines and austere decorations, culminating beyond the Po River in the Hadrianic style of the Gran Madre, rational in its balance between symmetries and asymmetries.
Stilnovo was the bridge that merged my aesthetic vision with the technical side, allowing Torino to come to life."
